Supervisory Operation Block (SCADA)

The control center, the management level includes data server systems, workstations installed with maintenance management software, printers and computers for programming and system configuration. It has the main function:

– Manage the entire building

- Monitor the operation of equipment, monitor the occurrence of incidents.

– Send a request to the field controller. The BMS manages the building system components according to the addressing mechanism. Each device, local controller is assigned an address. Field devices can communicate directly with each other or via the local controller. The interface commonly used on the field bus is ARCnet and on the control bus is BACnet TCP/IP. An advantage when integrating the system is that field devices such as elevators, air conditioners, fans, etc. all support TCP/IP communication. Very convenient for the system integrator.

Management block

This block is actually installed in the supervisory operation block. Its main function is to set the work plan. Remote operation connection via telecommunications network, internet... For example: When we need a meeting room for 100 people at X hours, Y day, month Z. Administrator can find and assign it by himself or type commands to the machine. find yourself. At that time, the monitoring operation system will automatically send control commands including: Time to open the meeting room, turn on the lights, air conditioning, ventilation ... before a certain set time.
